Zoom Support Session

Support via Telephone (1300 134 130), Chat (www.wire.org.au) and Zoom will be available from 9am-7pm on Mondays and Tuesdays.

From Wednesday – Friday, WIRE will continue to operate during our regular hours of 9am-5pm.

Zoom support sessions are available Monday to Friday by appointment. 

Free one-to-one appointments with a support worker: In each session, which runs for 45 minutes – 1 hour, a support worker actively listens and helps you to explore your options for support, referral and information services on any issue.

As this support is online and may disclose matters that can be personal and difficult, please make sure you have a comfortable and secure environment for this session.

Items you will need for our appointment include:

  • a device to view zoom that has access to secure internet
  • Please make sure your device is fully charged or has access to power.
  • Please make sure you have the latest version of zoom, you can access or download zoom on,
