About this training

Learn from our experienced family violence specialist trainers about gender-based violence and financial abuse. In this session, your team will build their knowledge and skills to understand, recognise and respond to family and domestic violence.

 

After completing this training, your team will be confident in supporting staff and clients experiencing family violence and know how to refer them to the appropriate support services. 

Our interactive sessions can be tailored to your workplace and industry, and can provide your team with: 

 

  • an intersectional perspective of family violence  

  • information on the key drivers of family violence 

  • information on the different forms of family violence (emotional, physical, technology facilitated, coercive control) 

  • understanding the scope of your role in recognising and responding to family violence
