Dealing with Difficult Calls is a must-attend workshop for primarily phone-based workers including phone intake and response, reception and call centre staff in NFPs, community and health organisations who are the first point of contact for service users and customers.

Understanding women’s relationship with money explores the gendered nature of financial wellbeing and women’s relationship with money at key life stages.  You will gain an in-depth understanding of the role of gender in forming relationships with money.
