Drawing on her extensive experience leading diverse stakeholders across multiple sectors and managing teams in complex and dynamic environments, Jade provides strategic leadership to ensure WIRE’s work has broad, meaningful impact. She is deeply committed to aligning WIRE’s initiatives with its core values and strategic principles, ensuring that all programs and advocacy efforts remain focused on the needs and voices of women, gender-diverse, and non-binary people. Through a collaborative and values-driven approach, Jade steers the organisation toward long-term sustainability and social change.
(She / Her) Kris has worked across the non-profit and corporate sector in the areas of partnership and impact. She has previously worked with alliances and organisations such as Juno and Good Shepherd and the Women’s Housing Alliance. Kris works alongside organisations and WIRE’s training and development team to connect to training on family violence and support workplace goals for gender equity.
With extensive experience in the gender equity sector, Pai leads the delivery of direct services to individuals and community groups. She has successfully led multiple community-based initiatives focused on enhancing financial and economic security for women and gender-diverse people, including one-on-one support services and a volunteer training program. Passionate about financial capability, Pai is committed to building long-term economic security as a means to address the impacts of abuse and prevent the cycle of poverty.
