As this is a newly created role, the Learning Experience Lead will work closely with the Development team manager to create processes and procedures for this role. The right candidate is patient and willing to exploring different ways of operating, expects things to go wrong from time to time, is comfortable with learning from mistakes and suggest alternative ways of working to improve outcomes.
There are a lot of moving parts in the Development team. The right candidate for this role will be comfortable with changing priorities at short notice and is able to quickly rearrange workflows and assist the team with delivering outcomes and meeting deadlines.
