We hear you! We’ve received feedback from the community that you need us to be available later in the day – so we’re trialing extended hours in July and August.

WALK IN CENTRE:

The Walk In Centre at Level 1, 673 Bourke Street will continue to open Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 9.30am – 12.30pm and 1.30pm – 4.30pm.

On Wednesdays and Thursdays, the walk-in centre will be closed during the extended hours trial.

Face to Face support

We offer free support sessions in person at the Walk In Centre.

Available Monday – Friday between 9.30am and 4.30pm by appointment only.

Please note printing facilities are no longer available at the Walk-in Centre. You might like to speak to staff about alternative printing options in your area.
