We spend approximately 30% of our lives at work. Changes to our employment, such as finding employment and career development, are just some of the dilemmas we face throughout our working lives. The WIRE Employment Workshop has been designed to help us navigate the murky waters of career change and development, and acknowledges that we need to modify our thought processes and revise our actions to create positive changes to our lives. In this workshop, you will be encouraged steer away from repeating old habits, and so away from doing things the same way you have always done them.
How will I benefit from this workshop?
The WIRE Employment Workshop is not your traditional job coaching session. Through the use of agile practices, you will learn to ideate, prototype and test your ideas in the real world. Likewise, you will learn to accept ambiguity and change through prototyping multiple careers. You will gain the skills and confidence to forge ahead in your career, and work your way through new and evolving situations.
