LGBTQIA+ Pathways: Work Rights, Money & Opportunity – Session 4

In partnership with the Working Women’s Centre Victoria, WIRE is bringing you LGBTQIA+ Pathways: Work Rights, Money & Opportunity.
This free workshop series is open to women, trans and gender diverse people, including LGBTQIA+ community members, who want to build confidence, understand their rights and feel more supported in the world of work.
Across five weeks, you’ll hear from an employment lawyer, career coach and other guest speakers while gaining valuable knowledge about:
- Your workplace rights
- Identifying your values, strengths and career goals
- Managing your pay and finances in a new job
- How AI is reshaping employment and what it means for job seekers
We recognise that experiences of work can differ based on gender identity, sexuality and other life experiences. These sessions aim to provide inclusive, practical information and a supportive environment where participants can learn, ask questions and explore pathways to meaningful employment.
