- Conducting a gender equality audit of your organisation or programs (using an intersectional framework)
- Reviewing and updating existing policy and procedures to support best practise and ensure relevant compliance (e.g. family violence leave, supporting staff disclosures, addressing workplace equity and inclusion)
- Developing an organisational strategy to improve equity and increase capacity to engage and support staff (and then facilitating its implementation)
- Provide support to staff dealing with challenging customer issues or those needing to support and ensure staff wellbeing
- Develop and review resources for customer-facing roles
