Position vacant: Trainer

WIRE Women’s Information is a dynamic not for profit women’s service that provides free information, support and referrals to women across Victoria and incorporate these stories of women to advocate for broad structural change.

We are seeking a woman to lead WIRE’s training including our internal telephone worker training and the generation of new training initiatives that capitalise on WIRE’s gender expertise.

The successful applicant will possess a TAE 40110 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and a Degree or Diploma of Community Work, Education or other relevant qualifications plus significant industry experience.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate examples of innovation and development of training initiatives, a commitment to adult learning principles, significant industry experience and experience in RTO compliance or the principles and practice of audit.

This is an exciting position that offers the successful applicant the opportunity to lead new training initiatives work in an organisation which upholds human rights and feminist principles.

You will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration package, in accordance with the SCHADS Award Level 6 + WIRE’s Workplace Agreement.

WIRE is located on the edge of the CBD in West Melbourne.
