Work-Life Balance
WIRE strongly believes in and advocates for work-life balance, paid parental leave and out-of-school-hours care. In 2009, WIRE was recognized by the Victorian Government with the Fair and Flexible Employer Recognition award in recognition of innovative programs and practices that improve the work and family balance of employees.
